Karthika Nair is currently in Theni shooting for ace director Bharathiraja's 'Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum'
Although she's busy working on her birthday she made sure she spent some quality time with her younger sister Thulasi who is working on Mani Ratnam's 'Kadal'.
She currently has 'Annakodiyum...' and a Malayalam project in her kitty.
